Aerobic

I have cropped and er edited my shot 'Running Man' Not my usual thing, but I found the sun a distraction. I feel happier with this because it focuses the attention on the man, and not the huge ball of fire in the sky.

Sorry for re subbing, but, like I say, it doesn't happen very often.
